Any defect reported on delivery and noticed within 24 hrs shall be eligible for replacement. The same shall be arranged by the principal seller. 

On confirmation of the order in this platform, the principal seller at Birchandra Manu, South Tripura shall arrange the delivery.  This platform is launched on trial basis. Logistics are under positioning and shall be improved as per the response from the patrons. Presently the principal seller shall contact the buyers and arrange delivery within 15 days.
